I had the feeling The Bride removed other things, if ya know what I mean. I think it's pretty clear she was butchered more than was shown. I remember reading somewhere that she did indeed cut off her other arm originally, but it was cut from the film, which doesn't make since because you can see her other arm as she rolls down the hill.
