A bug that prevents me from playing GTA IV Complete Edition. Troubleshooting. I recently bought GTA IV Complete Edition on sale, I loaded it up but when the game finally finished loading the cutscene "The Cousins Bellic" starts playing but the screen is just completely black. After a while a frame of the cutscene plays but it just stays there.
Bought a computer off a friend specifically to play LSPDFR when I can afford to upgrade the graphics card.
